Broken River Apiaries is all about bees, science, nature, food, community and of course love. These little creatures bring the best things of life together and we are fortunate to work with them every day.

Our goal is to keep bees healthy so they can pollinate our  food, and connect our community to the Broken River bushlands through their beautiful honey.

There's no place like home.​ We call Benalla home and when possible, our honey is produced in the Broken River Catchment.  From the hills of Warrenbayne, to upper reaches of Holland's Branch; from the steep valleys of Lima South to the fertile flood plains of the lower Broken, our bees make a living right next to you.  And what they make is magic.

Selling honey farm-gate style makes it possible to spread the honey money and the love to our community.  We keep school kitchen garden programs well stocked and are proud to contribute to community fund raising events.  Know that by supporting us, you are helping farmers, the environment, and our next generation- not to mention, the bees!
